Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. To determine the extent of your mental health coverage, contact your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:

  • What are my mental health benefits?

  • What is my copay amount?

  • How much is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount for therapy sessions?

  • Are there different deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance for in-network and out-of-network providers?

  • Are there limitations on the providers I can see?

  • Is a referral from my primary care physician required?

Rates vary based on the service provided. Please call us at 952.681.2983 or use the contact button below to get our current rates.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective for those who do not have insurance or those with financial needs that have high deductibles for their insurance.

Except in cases of sudden illness or emergency, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. For those that are not canceled or for non-attendance of a scheduled appointment, the full fee will be charged.

Please contact me with questions or for further information.
